I am responsible for my own health, happiness and status in this life. Making the most of everyday.

CLIENT BASE
As a wife, mother of two and co-owner of Fitness Edge for Women, my life gets a little hectic at times but I never forget to take time out for myself. Most of my clients are women who want to look good, feel great and live life to the fullest. I do however, work with with anyone who is willing to achieve optimal health and wellness. I have worked with elite athletes, body builders, marathon runners, golfers, prepared participants for the POPAT, and have also worked with youth and children. She specializes in integrating strength, flexibility, core training and cardiovascular training into a functional, dynamic and exciting experience.

One of Shannon's most enjoyable outdoor activities is golf. She competed nationally on the Manitoba Junior Golf Team. She has been an avid runner since 2006, completing a full marathon, a number of half marathons and 10km races. She is also the leader of the Fitness Edge Run 4 Fun Club and Team Captain of Run for the Cure.
