Pride is forever! It starts with a healthy approach to life and sustains you through adversity. Your mind, body & spirit will excel with the pride you’ll have in becoming a healthy & fit individual. By using me as a catalyst, which empowers you to reposition your current fitness level to meet your new goals, you will receive pride like you’ve never known.

CLIENT BASE
My goal for all clients is to supply each individual with the tools I have, through education & experience, and to make each person a strong & healthy individual. The approach I take is balance; balance between a healthy heart, strong muscles and realistic goal setting which includes flexibility & relaxation techniques as well. With my background on land & in an aquatic environment I am committed to developing sustainable programs at all levels and for every individual. Whether it’s starting from scratch, training for a specific event, rehabilitating an injury or staying active into the later years I look forward to being your means to the goal.
