PHILOSOPHY
One step at a time. Set many small goals to reach one overall goal. Always set realistic goals when it comes to fitness. Everyone has set backs, its how you over come them that will help you reach your ultimate goal.
Exercise can be done anywhere, with or without equipment. If you are unable to get to a fitness facility, do not let that deter you from getting a workout in.
