I have been a member at Fitness Edge for a decade now, and it has been such a great opportunity to become part of the staff as a group fitness leader. Fitness has been a priority in my life for many years. Eating well and remaining very active have simply become part of my lifestyle. When I have experienced injuries and have been unable to keep up with my routine, I notice quickly how every aspect of my life is affected, from my energy to my mood to my physical sense of well-being to my sense of humour! Being healthy and active makes me a better person, not only at my full-time job as a Grade 8 teacher, but also in my interactions and relationships with my family and friends. I hope that my love of fitness and dedication to being well in some way motivates the participants in my classes. I truly love what I do!
