PHILOSOPHY
In my opinion, having a healthy life balance is the key to being happy. Being healthy is more than just a dress size; it is a combination of mind, body and soul. Feeling that my mind, body and soul are in balance is more important to me than what the scale says. Lead a balanced life and everything else will fall into place.
I always want to be healthy and physically fit so I can rise to any challenge that comes my way. Be it teaching a new group fitness class, keeping up with my son or going on a canoe trip with my husband - I always want to feel confident that I can give it my all. I hope that this philosophy is passed on to my class participants and that they too can feel confident, balanced and healthy.

PERSONAL INTERESTS
Obviously, I enjoy being at the gym but I also love being outdoors: camping, hiking, biking, canoeing. I love spending time with my family and friends and thankfully, they also enjoy being active.
