PHILOSOPHY
As a busy wife, mother of 2 and full time elementary school teacher, I know how difficult it can be to find balance in your life. Taking time out for yourself is so important not only for your health, but for your spirit too. Finding the time to be physically active each day can be daunting at first, but start small. Try going for a walk in the evening, or on your lunch break. Turn on some music and dance while you tidy up the house, or sit on the floor and do some stretching while you relax and watch your favorite program on TV. It won’t be long before physical activity becomes part of your daily routine, and you’ll be surprised at how much more energy you have to get all those “other things” done in your day!
