BABYSITTING RULES AND REGULATIONS
PURPOSE:
To provide a safe environment for your child while you are working out
You may book babysitting one week in advance.
All babysitting spots MUST be booked by 6:00 pm the night prior to ensure your child’s spot.
CANCELLATIONS
The babysitting room will operate with ONE babysitter, if the number of children booked requires a second babysitter; the babysitter will be called the night before.
All cancellations must be done by 6:00 pm the night before or you will be charged for your spot – NO EXCEPTIONS
RULES
Children must remain in the playroom until the parent is ready to leave (parents are responsible for their child/children while in the lobby and washrooms)
No children allowed in the weight room and cardio room
Mothers must remain in the building when their children are in the babysitting room (i.e. no jogging outside)
Mothers will be called from a workout/massage if: diaper needs to be changed/or child has to go to washroom, child is sick, child is upset or the child’s behavior is disruptive
Mothers should make sure that the child has gone to the washroom prior to their workout
FOOD & DRINK
There is a scheduled snack time and the child must bring their own snack, suggestions for snacks: dry cereal, fruit snacks, granola bars, pretzels, and crackers
NO PEANUT BUTTER, PEANUTS, CHEESE WHIZ, DUNKAROOS, JAM, JELL-O, PUDDING, FRUIT CUPS
Bottles and non spill cups are permitted and recommended –NO JUICE BOXES, CANNED DRINKS
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE RULES WITHOUT NOTICE
