Your certified pre and postnatal fitness specialists will lead you through pregnancy-safe cardiovascular exercise, functional strength training, flexibility and relaxation.
All Fit 4 TwoR Instructors are Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialists and follow the guidelines of Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC).

This Baby friendly class allows moms to get a great workout AND attend to baby's needs at any time. Each class provides a full body workout: cardio, muscular endurance, postnatal specific core work and flexibility. Benefit from increased energy, improved posture, less aches and pains and a stronger core. This fantastic opportunity to connect with other new moms in your community.
Women should be 4+ weeks pospartum (6 weeks for caesareans). All fitness levels are welcome. This class is designed for pre-mobile babies.
Mom of multiples? Mobile Baby? Have an older child too? This facility provides childcare for $3 per class/child. Reservations are required please call 255 -6600 to pre-book for childcare for this class.

This 30-minute class is designed to retrain your mind-CORE connection after pregnancy and childbirth. We will be using the latest research to help you improve CORE strength and flatten your tummy. It's time to get strong from the inside out. Not only will you look and feel better, but you'll have the strength to tackle the everyday tasks of motherhood.
Your Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist will educate and motivate you through this baby and tot friendly class. In order to achieve maximal results, we strongly recommend taking Level One before Level Two. This class is suitable for women with abdominal separation. Babies and tots are welcome.
