10 Steps To Boost Your Immunity

As we enter the fall season, it is important to focus on improving baseline immunity in order to fend off and recover quickly from colds and flus. Here are the top ten tips on how to get your immunity in fit-to-fight shape.

 6. Wash your hands and keep your hands away from the face. Droplets survive on hard surfaces such as telephones, keyboards and doorknobs for several hours. For telephones, disinfect often with a hand sanitizer otherwise, use the speaker-phone option if possible.
